Bangkok Natural Healing International, Co, Ltd is a Thai developed company with shareholders owning  portions of the company. Due to the amount that has been invested, the shares are Limited, therefore there is a maximum and minimum amount of shares a person can hold. Minimum amount each can invest is 500,000 Bath with the Maximum being 11 Million Baht.  Each Investment is on an agreed time period ranging from 4-8 years from Investment date.

Yearly Company profits will be divided to the Invested Shareholder by payments in Dividends each year complying to Thailand tax laws annually. With BNHI purchasing its own freehold land and other operational assets the Company the Risk factor is very low indeed. With saleable items such as Herb Products and Spa products for the local and International markets the Cash flow is very impressive with the vision of  being a Public Company in 3 Years. We are a private company with Investment programs for persons wanting to support the development of our plan. 

 First stage: Organic Farm, Herb Factory,  Home Stay with Herb Clinic Facility and training area comprising; Yoga, Chi-Gong, Siam Reiki, Thai Massage, Foot Reflex and many other training programs. The first stage has started with purchase of land and building the Home Stay complex catering for 30 guests.

Organic Farm: Organic Approved by the Thai Authorities, with soil testing stating the soil is not contaminated. Choosing the lines of plants to supply the Home Stay Kitchen and our Herb Factory. 

Herb Factory: Meeting FDA and GMP standards. With all concoctions being Registered to BNHI and initial supply for the Hospital needing estimated 300 product lines developed. Products for export targeted to meet the buyers demands with an affective quality control of herb resource plan.

Home Stay: Easy living design of Bungalow style fan rooms to the more comfort  with air-conditioned Easy concreted designed living. 15 rooms of each. 

Eating area: With organic food and a menu of choice that the taste buds can manage. Entertainment: DVD every night, with music and drinks.

Herb Clinic: Herb doctor consultations with treatments in various massage treatments including Siam Reiki.

Training Programs: Broad range of training programs ranging from 2 days to 3 Months.With  guests being able to stay, study healing wisdom, eat our organic foods and be treated with a selection of  CAM treatments including Traditional Thai herb medicines.

Second Stage: Building a College in preparing the staff training required to use in the Hospital. The facilities will be open to students from Local and International with full time study programs in (CAM) Complementary, Alternative, Medicine treatments, knowledge and Ancient Science Wisdom.

Third Stage: Build the Hospital to accommodate 30 in patients care facility. Includes organic food from our farm, with bed service, and restraint area for out patients and guests. Swimming Pool and fitness room with complete access to a huge variety of CAM treatments including specialty areas of treatment catered to individuals heath needs.
